訂位僅透過飛花落院的官方網站 www.Inflorescence.com.tw 進行預訂。 如所選擇的日期訂位已額滿，您可以選擇其他『反白』的日期， 或『登記候補』，如有客人取消將會盡快與您聯繫，若無取消之訂位，我們亦不另行通知。
Q: How do I make a reservation?
Please make the reservation at www.inflorescence.com.tw. If your desired date is fully booked, you can fill out the waiting list form via the booking system, or select other available dates.
Q：我要更改訂位時間
1.訂位完成後，訂位無法做任何更動 (包含日期、人數及餐點)。
2.如需更改" 訂位日期 "，則需重新訂位，並再次完成付款，無法於原訂位中做更改，為避免影響訂位權益，建議於新訂位完成後，再做原訂位的退款。
Q: How do I change the reservation date?
1. No further changes can be made after the reservation (including dates, number of guests, and meals).
2. If you wish to change your reservation, you must make a new reservation and complete the payment again, and cancel the original reservation. In order to secure your reservation, it is recommended to cancel the original reservation after the new reservation is completed.

1.最後取消訂位日期為用餐日前 14 天 ( 不含用餐日 ) ; 於用餐日期 14 天以內 ( 含用餐日 ) 的取消，則不做任何退費。
2.取消訂位之需求，請於訂位確認簡訊中點選『 取消訂位 』按鍵，將於取消後的15 - 25 天退款至您的原信用卡。
3.於用餐日期14天以內 ( 含用餐日 ) 的取消，則不做任何退費，如有特殊情況請撥打04-25822388 或簡訊至 0981-131-122，在服務人員尚未與您確認更改前，訂位仍不算異動成功。
Q: How do I cancel the reservation?
1.The last refundable cancellation date is 14 days before the dining date (not including the dining day itself). For cancellations within 14 days of the dining date (including the dining day itself), no refunds will be issued.
2.If you need to cancel a reservation, please click the "Cancel Reservation" button in the reservation confirmation message, and if applicable, a refund will be made to your original credit card 15-25 days after the cancellation.
3.For cancellations within 14 days of the meal date (including the meal date itself), no refunds will be issued. If there are special circumstances, please call at +886-4-2582-2388 or SMS to 0981-131-122. Unless and until our staff has authorized a change, the reservation is still considered current and valid.

人數減少:用餐日期14天以內 ( 含用餐日 ) 的人數減少，減少人數的訂位金則需以套餐額外的單點項目扣抵。
人數增加:用餐當日訂位狀況，如有訂位取消，會與您聯繫，在服務人員與您確認更改前，仍不算異動成功。
Q: How do I adjust the number of guests?
1.Decrease in number: If the number of guests is reduced within 14 days of the meal date, the safety deposit of the decreased number of guests will be deducted by ordering items from the a la carte menu in addition to set meals.
2.Increase in number: According to the reservation status on the day of the meal, if there is a canceled reservation, you will be contacted. Unless and until our staff has authorized a change, the reservation is still considered current and valid.
Q：我想帶小孩同行
為顧及餐廳顧客用餐環境及孩童安全性，餐廳不開放12歲以下(包含)孩童入內及用餐，餐廳僅提供同一套餐無兒童餐點，同行若有12歲以上孩童，亦需計算在訂位人數之中，且需點用套餐，對此如造成不便，我們深表歉意。
Q: May I bring babies or children?
In consideration of the overall dining environment as well as guest safety, reservations for children 12 years old and younger are not accepted. Children over 12 years old are required to order the same course menu as adult guests. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q：我想了解甚麼時候換菜單
每季菜單維持約4個月，由主廚決定下一季菜單的更換時間，仍有不確定性，請關注餐廳官方網頁或是Facebook的更新資訊。
Q: How often does Inflorescence change the menu?
Inflorescence introduces seasonal menus quarterly, reflecting the Chef's ideas and the presentation of each season's theme; each menu is featured for about 4 months. However, due to many variables, our menu schedule is not fixed. Please follow our official website or Facebook for the latest updates.

Q: How do I book the entire restaurant for dining?
The maximum capacity of the venue: 70 guests (If the number of guests is lower than 70, there is a minimum expenditure, the full menu price multiplied by 70.)
Pricing & Fees: Quotation will be provided based on the seasonal menu prices served on the booking date, including meals, tea or wine pairing.
Booking: The reservation will be deemed successful upon completion of the full payment. No refund will be provided if the number of guests decreases. Neither public activities (speeches, microphones) nor any equipment (such as projectors, curtains) is allowed. All reservation rules must be followed. Inflorescence reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment, and may modify the content according to the actual conditions.

Q: How do I book the entire restaurant for an event?
The maximum capacity of the venue: 70 guests (If the number of guests is lower than 70, there is a minimum expenditure, the full menu price multiplied by 70.)
Pricing & Fees: Quotation will be provided based on the seasonal menu prices served on the booking date, including meals, tea or wine pairing. An additional site fee of 100,000 NT dollars will be charged for event decoration and equipment setups.
Booking: The reservation will be deemed successful upon completion of the full payment. No refund will be provided if the number of guests decreases. All reservation rules must be followed. Inflorescence reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment, and may modify the content according to the actual conditions.
